“It is never too late to have a happy childhood”

 - Tom Robbins

Inner-Child Therapy

Many problems of our present life have their roots from our childhood. Anytime we have a strong emotional reaction to something or somebody, that means that there are old unresolved issues at play.

Inner Child is a very important part of our personality, naturally playful, creative and innocent. It is also the Inner Child who feels anger, fear, and hopelessness in different situations in life. If there has been damage in childhood (trauma, shame, negative conditioning like regularly calling diminishing names etc.) the Inner Child is damaged and therefore, struggles to deal with life as an Adult.

Inner Child work is a very effective method of the therapy where the Inner Child can be accessed, and traumatic or negative feelings can be resolved with the support of the therapist.

The important thing to understand is that it is never too late to heal the Inner Child.
