EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques
EFT – is a very powerful therapeutic psychological method developed by Gary Craig in 1990’s. it is also referred to as tapping.
It provides relief from chronic pain and is very effective in releasing stress and anxiety, overcoming phobias and fears, exam nerves, addictions and many other issues.
The technique works by releasing blockages (disruption of energy flow) from the body which were caused by negative events and emotions in the past. EFT combines the elements of Western talking therapy and eastern energy medicine. During the session we tap gently on acupressure points on the face and the body while talking about the aspects of the problem.
